Plan, repair, and organize
your media server safely

AXION CORE is built for real home libraries: mixed folders, anime seasons, movie packs, messy releases, subtitles, duplicates, and new downloads. It shows the destination first, lets you review the changes, then applies them with undo history.

Built for real libraries: AXION CORE is not only a renamer. It plans existing libraries, watches new downloads after setup, repairs health issues, and keeps every risky action visible before it runs.

Understands messy names

AXION CORE combines release-name parsing, TMDB, AniList, your destination libraries, and optional AXION AI Advisor to decide whether a file is a movie, TV episode, or anime episode before it suggests a move.

Completes your media stack

Keep using Sonarr, Radarr, Plex, Jellyfin, Emby, rclone, and your download tools. AXION CORE fills the missing middle: existing-library planning, safer organization, subtitle cleanup, conversion, review queues, and undo.

Why AXION CORE feels different

Most tools solve one slice of the problem. AXION CORE connects the whole media-library workflow.

Correct destination first

Movie, TV, and anime decisions are made before moving files, using metadata and folder context.

Preview-first safety

You see every rename, folder, library, and repair suggestion before anything changes on disk.

One workflow

Command Center, Library Planner, Media Organizer, Auto Organizer, Media Health Center, and Convert & Subtitles work together instead of feeling like separate scripts.

Local-first by design

Your paths and library scans stay on your PC. AXION AI Advisor recommends local Ollama first, with optional OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter, or custom compatible endpoints.

Made for real home media libraries

AXION CORE brings library planning, organization, repair, conversion, subtitles, metadata, licensing, and safety checks into one desktop workflow.

  • Preview every rename, move, duplicate, and conflict first.
  • Undo/history keeps testing safer while the beta matures.
  • Built for Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby libraries.
  • Library Planner separates Movies, TV, and Anime suggestions so large mixed folders stay readable.
  • One-device Pro licensing with admin-controlled device release.

How it works

Start with clear destinations, review the plan, then apply with undo available.

1. Set Destinations

Add your Movies, TV Shows, and Anime libraries, even if they are empty. AXION CORE uses those folders as the target map for every plan.

2. Preview & Review

Review detected media type, season mapping, file names, quality, conflicts, and uncertain matches before any change is applied.

3. Apply & Verify

Approve selected changes, keep the finished report visible, and use undo if you want to roll back a batch after testing.

The workflows that matter

Designed for people who manage large home media libraries, not tiny demo folders.

Library Planner

Scan an existing mixed folder or server drive, classify Movies / TV / Anime, split the results into readable groups, block risky conflicts, and preview the final destination before moving anything.

Launch Feature

Command Center

See connected libraries by drive, type, storage use, server status, pending actions, refresh controls, and lifetime activity. Empty destination folders are supported so users can set up a clean server before importing media.

Command Center

Auto Organizer

After the first library setup, watch a download folder for new movies, episodes, and anime releases. It waits for files to finish, then routes confident matches to the correct destination and holds uncertain files for review.

For New Downloads

Convert & Subtitles

Convert or remux files, choose audio/subtitle tracks, add external subtitles, and keep multilingual releases readable. Batch work is available in Pro while Free lets users test the flow safely.

Tracks + Batch Workflow

AniList + TMDB Mapping

Use TMDB for movies and TV, AniList for anime, release naming rules, and library context when names are ambiguous. This reduces the classic anime vs TV vs movie confusion that breaks media libraries.

Smart Season Detection

Media Health Center

Scan for bad names, misplaced files, duplicates, missing episodes, empty folders, old large files, and low-quality media. Filter safe, review, and risky findings before applying fixes.

Health Score + Repair Queue

Media Organizer

Scan any folder, match metadata, choose Series Mode, Movie Mode, Anime Mode, or All Mode for mixed folders, then rename, create folders, or move to server. Every destination is visible before you apply.

Quality Detection

FFprobe checks resolution and helps you spot low-quality files inside huge libraries. Find old 480p/720p files, oversized copies, and candidates for upgrade.

Smart Conflict Handling

Choose how AXION CORE behaves when a file already exists: skip, upgrade if the new file is better, or overwrite. Use copy mode for safer testing.

Multi-Server Support

Connect Plex, Jellyfin, or Emby. Save server profiles, refresh libraries, and keep your media server status visible while you work.

Cloud & Network Storage Ready

Works with local drives, network drives, rclone mounts, and large mounted libraries. Designed for the kind of storage setups home server users already have.

Modern Interface

A focused desktop UI with dark/light modes, onboarding, clear settings, FFmpeg detection, and tray support. Built to feel like a serious tool, not a script collection.

Mixed Folder Sorting

Have one huge folder with movies, anime, and series mixed together? AXION CORE classifies by library type, shows the target destination, and keeps uncertain items in review.

Undo & History

Every operation is logged. Undo applied changes, inspect what happened, and avoid losing track after large batch operations.

Smart Filename Parser

Handles fansub tags, scene release names, year tags, language tags, episode patterns, anime absolute episodes, noisy release groups, and common release naming conventions.

AXION AI Advisor

When normal rules are not enough, AXION AI Advisor can review messy filenames, suggest better title/type/season decisions, and improve Media Health Center repair suggestions. Local Ollama is recommended for privacy; OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter, and custom compatible endpoints can also be configured.

Customer Account Ready

Built for launch confidence

Finished Reports

Large operations keep their result list visible after applying, so users can verify what happened instead of losing the context immediately.

Review After Apply

Risky Moves Blocked

Conflicts, duplicate destinations, uncertain matches, and suspicious folder decisions are marked before apply so the user can inspect them first.

Conflict Guard

Empty Libraries Supported

Create clean Movies, TV Shows, and Anime folders first. AXION CORE can use those empty destinations before media has been imported.

Frequently asked questions

Quick answers to the most common things people ask before downloading.

Is AXION CORE safe to point at my real library?
Yes. Every operation is preview-first — AXION CORE shows you exactly which files will be renamed, moved, or merged before anything happens. Nothing is changed on disk until you explicitly approve. You can also pick Copy instead of Move in Settings if you want to keep the originals untouched while you test.
Can I undo changes after applying them?
Yes. Every operation is logged in the activity history, and you can undo any action with one click. The app records the original path and filename for every file it touches, so even bulk operations can be rolled back individually or as a group.
Does it really cost nothing? What's the catch?
AXION CORE has a free beta with useful preview limits. Pro Lifetime is $49 one-time and unlocks the serious workflows: unlimited Media Organizer, full Library Planner apply, AXION AI Advisor automation, Auto Organizer review queue, batch Convert & Subtitles, Media Health Center auto-fix, duplicate/conflict review, and undo history. One payment, yours forever — no subscription, no recurring charges, no hidden fees.
What are the system requirements?
Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit), 4 GB RAM minimum (8 GB recommended), and around 200 MB of free disk space. FFmpeg is required for quality detection and conversion — the app detects it automatically and shows an install guide if it's missing. Linux and macOS builds are planned after the Windows beta stabilizes.
Do I need an internet connection?
Only for metadata lookup, account/license checks, and optional cloud AI providers. Renaming, moving, quality detection, and the activity log work locally. TMDB and AniList are used for media matching, and Plex/Jellyfin/Emby connections go to your own server. AXION AI Advisor recommends local Ollama for privacy, while OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter, and custom compatible endpoints are optional if you configure them.
How is this different from Sonarr, Radarr, or FileBot?
Sonarr and Radarr are excellent for automated downloading and import workflows. AXION CORE does not replace them — it completes the workflow after files are already on your drives: Library Planner for existing mixed folders, Media Organizer for manual batches, Auto Organizer for new downloads, Media Health Center repair, MKV conversion, subtitle tools, undo/history, and multi-server profiles for Plex, Jellyfin, and Emby. See the full comparison here.
What happens if AXION CORE is unsure whether a file is anime, TV, or movie?
The app is designed to avoid blind moves. Library Planner splits planned changes by Movies, TV, and Anime so mixed libraries are easier to inspect. Media Organizer shows the chosen mode and proposed destination before applying. Auto Organizer can hold uncertain matches in a review queue, so you approve the right library before the file is moved. This is especially important for anime that metadata providers sometimes classify as TV.
Which tool should I use first: Library Planner or Auto Organizer?
Use Library Planner first when you already have a messy or mixed library and want to plan the cleanup before moving anything. Use Auto Organizer after your library is already set up, so new downloads can be watched, classified, and moved into the right destination.
Can AXION CORE use AI without uploading my whole library?
Yes. The recommended setup is local Ollama, where AI review runs on your own machine. If you prefer a cloud model, AXION AI Advisor can be configured for OpenAI, Claude, OpenRouter, or a custom OpenAI-compatible endpoint, but those providers receive only the prompt data needed for the review you run.
How many devices can use one Pro license?
Pro Lifetime is designed as a one-device license. A customer activates the key on one machine, and the license admin can release the old device if the customer changes PCs or reinstalls Windows. This protects the product while still giving legitimate buyers a clean recovery path.
What about my privacy?
AXION CORE runs locally on your machine. File paths, library contents, and file operations are not sent to AXION CORE servers. Local Ollama keeps AI review on your PC. If you choose a cloud AI provider, only the prompt data required for that request is sent to the provider you configured. The website collects account and payment information only when you create an account or buy Pro. See the Privacy Policy for details.
When will Linux and macOS versions be available?
Linux and macOS builds are on the roadmap after the Windows beta stabilizes. The plan is AppImage and .deb packages for Linux, and a signed .dmg for macOS. Beta subscribers get notified first when builds are ready to test.
